SOLUTION - (about Tri-color screen after upgrade ), please reply if this useful

you've better.... ( FOR NEW METHOD)
1. After flashing hardSPL for g3 ( step 1) all went ok.
then BEFORE flashing/upgrading your Prophet to WM6,
please copy the 3 files from the jumpspl.zip to the root directory of
your G3 Prophet ( JUST NEXT TO THE " \WINDOWS" FOLDER, outside but not in the windows folder,
(attachached, pease unzip and copy 3 files then paste to the root directory)
2. UNPLUG YOUR DEVICE from PC,
3. Execute the SPL shortcut IN THE DEVICE, then you see a all bright or white screen,
Then plug back the USB port ( connect to computer) the device, THEN use the Rom Upgrade Utility (RUU) to the rom you like ( all activities can only be seen in the PC screen, nothing will be shown on the prophet....
4. Finally, after 100% ( at 85% may take to wait a bit longer, just be
patient, as it may look like hang for about 2 minutes) just wait, all will went
ok AND OF COURSE, after it auto-restart, ALL will be OKOKOK !!!
( better hard-reset for once more )
Tradition (OLD) method.... (for ROM with OS.nb ),
1. Flash with PVTemp for step 1,
2. TOUCH NOTHING, HANDS-UP !!!
3. ACTIVE SYNC WILL POPS UP, JUST DON'T TOUCH IT,
4. THEN RUN UPGRADE.BAT (for ROM with OS.nb )
5. YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU HAD EXPECTED THEN~~~~~
I am using a G3 too. Same experience before... ^_^
