based on Cloudyfa, and moded by M@Xniper

Thanks to varanusvincent, for his Vista Aero because the Vista Ultimate is a join with Touch Edition + Vista Aero + Vista Edition with new skins and full of apps.

Free Storage is around 38 MB. Free Memory Program is around 23 MB.
Be sure that you have HARDSPL your PROPHET -> IMPORTANT!!!! Or you will be stuck on Bootloader Mode.

If you don’t want some of these installed apps just go to Settings\Remove Programs and uninstall

How to make ROM more faster without Overclock.( Actually it's more fast).
But if you want to make it more .Then you should try this reg setting

Increase Font Cache
HKLM/System/GDI/GLYPHCACHE/limit: 8192 => 16384 ( if you want, you can try 32768 or 65536 )
Increase File System Cache
HKLM\System\StorageManager\FATFS/CacheSize: 0 => 4096
Increase File System Filter Cache
HKLM/System/StorageManager/filters/fsreplxfilt\ReplStoreCacheSize: 0 => 4096
