Mình thấy trên mạng có phần mềm này, post lên đây hy vọng nó sẽ giúp ích phần nào cho các bạn thích mod Icons.
Không biết có ai post chưa nhỉ, nếu có rồi thì nhờ các mod xóa dùm nhé.

REMEMBER some icon packs have many files! and i have designed this based on a list of 54 icon file names from the "g700 full icon pack" so there is a chance some icons wont be removed, if this is a big issue for you, contact me with the excact file names for your most comprehensive icon pack an i shall add them to the app.
Also remember do not use this app if you are using sis icon packs as they can be removed easily from uninstall menu."
