Hôm qua, ngày 08-09-10. Apple đã tung ra bản Firmware Update 3.1.2 dành cho iPhone và iPod Touch. Nếu bạn quan tâm tới Unlock và JB thì hiện tại trong giai đoạn này Dev-Team và iPViet khuyên rằng không nên Update bất kỳ iPhone hay iPod Touch nào lên OS 3.1.2 vì PwnageTool và Redsn0w vẫn chưa hỗ trợ được cho 3.1.2. iPViet sẽ không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào nếu bạn Update lên 3.1.2 rồi vào đây hỏi làm sao để Unlock và JB :))



Hiện tại vẫn chưa có Change Log nào về bản Update này cả. Sẽ cập nhật thêm thông tin sau.

Những thảo luận về JB và Unlock trên FW này cũng sẽ được thảo luận ở đây.

Blackra1n của Geo hot có thể JB firmware 3.1.2

Again GeoHot gives us good news. His program Blackra1n works perfectly well on the 3.1.2 firmware that Apple has just released!

It has already tested the tool on its iPhone firmware 3.1.2 update 3GS original and was able to run the Jailbreak.

Blackra1n still has trouble with the iPod Touch 3G so you probably will not be released by today but it is a matter of few days and not worry.

In response to a user, GeoHot said that you can upgrade your iPhone (3G and 3GS) in the original firmware 3.1.2 and later you can run with her Jailbreak Tool. However it is still not 100% sure so our call is to avoid risks and stupid to wait a bit.

In case of new Tweet and information, we will update that article and then re-visit it occasionally.

Update 1: GeoHot has just solved the problem with the payload.
Now is correcting a problem of stability! It 'almost done!


Update 2: The DevTeam has written a new article on the official blog from which we learn that:

* There is still no estimated date for issuing the new version of PwnageTool

Update 3: A new tweet of GeoHot completely undo "Update 1" section of this article. The problem of the payload has not yet been solved completely. We can also tell you that the new firmware is almost identical to the previous PwnageTool which could come very soon, just the time to add the new payload.

Tuy nhiên theo mình thì tốt nhất cứ nên đợi Geo hot công bố tool chính thức thì hơn. Update vội làm j cho nó khổ ra.

bản world thì ko lo nhưng up lên ko cài đc ứng dụng với game thì cũng chán chết

Em thấy mấy anh em mình đang lao vào cuộc chiến FW với Apple rồi, 3.1 chưa xử xong thì đã ra 3.1.2. Nếu chẳng có gì hay hơn thì cứ 3.0 mà dùng, chứ cứ ham hố up FW mà cài app không được mà có nguy cơ ăn táo thì em nói thiệt là run.

Em chờ nó ra bản FW 9.9.9, coi như hết số...rồi em up luôn

^^ ông bạn nghĩ tiêu cực quá nhỉ :D vậy đợi lúc nào iphone ra bản cuối cùng 99GS thì tui mua..mua iP xong năm sau lại ra cái mới ..tốn quá :D

Ngoài việc nâng cấp firmware lên thì chưa thấy có gì thay đổi đặc sắc lắm, Modem firmware vẫn giữ nguyên là 5.11.07. Pwnage Tool ko hoạt động được với firmware này nên việc Build bản Custom phải chờ thông tin từ Dev-Team. Mình khuyên các bạn đã và đang dùng ko nên Update lên bản này nếu còn muốn dùng Apps[ked'], hãy tạm thời ở lại với 3.1 Custom. Mã sản phẩm của firmware này có tên là 3.1.2 (7D11)

Chắc Apple tung ra để "Chơi" Dev-Team đây mà :)) Đúng là cuộc chiến của 2 bên không bao giờ kết thúc :)) Vài bữa có Tool JB cho 3.1.2 chắc Apple sẽ lên 3.1.3 quá :))
