This ROM is based on official HTC WWE 1.93.465.2, OS 5.2.19965(build 19965.1.2.3) ROM, release date 10/07/08 and does not include radio (works fine with 1.00.25.05).
First you must flash HardSPL Developer Edition from here thahks to cmonex.
After unzipping the file you have downloaded, you must run from your desktop PC the ROMUpdateUtility.exe with your device synchronizing and the battery above the 50%. Follow the instructions on the screen.
The ROM is fast, stable, with .net CF 3.5, with some registry tweaks and modifications.
Big importance in the reduction of memory leakage.
You can find moreover programs in the end of post.
The device starts with 114 from 120 MB storage and 66 from 111 MB programs memory.
